Scope and Objective
Theme: Regenerative Intelligence: Advancing AI for Industrial, Societal, and Environmental Impact
Artificial Intelligence stands at the forefront of a technological renaissance—enabling transformative impact across industries, societies, and ecosystems. As the world accelerates toward sustainable and inclusive growth, AI offers unprecedented capabilities in sensing, learning, optimization, and autonomous decision-making to address complex challenges and create long-term regenerative value. IEEE INDICON 2025 invites cutting-edge research, innovative applications, and real-world case studies aligned with the conference theme. We seek contributions that demonstrate how AI can drive regenerative intelligence—where technology not only solves problems but also revitalizes systems for enduring impact. The conference focuses on the following high-priority domains where AI is catalyzing change:
  • Next-Generation Communication Systems, Networking, and IoT
  • Robotics, Automation, Instrumentation, and Intelligent Control Systems
  • Photonics, Quantum Technologies, and Optical Intelligence
  • Power Electronics and Power Systems, Smart Grids, and Industrial Automation
  • Electronic Devices, Circuits, VLSI, and Embedded Systems
  • Biomedical Engineering, Wearable Systems, and Healthcare Technologies
  • Advanced Signal and Image Processing
  • Software Engineering, Machine Learning, and Distributed Secure Systems
  • Sensors, Remote Sensing, and Intelligent Perception Systems
  • Intelligent Mobility, Vehicular Systems, and Transportation Technologies
We welcome original research, applied innovations, and interdisciplinary contributions that leverage machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI, graph neural networks, blockchain, federated learning, and decision science. Submissions that advance and promote the use of Open and Equitable AI Assets, and propose AI solutions adaptable across varied regional and socio-economic contexts are particularly encouraged. INDICON 2025 provides a platform for researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and industry leaders to shape the future of AI—one that regenerates, empowers, and uplifts.
